1. Introduction

Welcome to Harbour & Hound. By purchasing our hand-baked dog treats or subscribing to our monthly treat box service, you agree to these terms. We are an artisanal bakery based in Falmouth, Cornwall, dedicated to providing high-quality, natural treats for your dogs.

2. Products and Pricing

We offer hand-baked treat bags (Salmon Crunch and Peanut Hearts) and a Monthly Treat Box subscription. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the price displayed at the time of your purchase or subscription sign-up.

3. Payments

Payments for one-off treat bags and subscriptions are processed securely online. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the specified amount for your selected products or recurring subscription.

4. Delivery and Fulfilment

We bake our treats in small batches in Falmouth. Delivery timelines will be confirmed upon order. For subscription boxes, we aim to dispatch your monthly box according to our standard shipping schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through our support form. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. Due to the perishable nature of our hand-baked goods, we generally do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

Our products are intended for canine consumption only. Please ensure you follow feeding guidelines provided on our packaging. We are not liable for any health issues resulting from improper storage or feeding.

7. Liability

Harbour & Hound shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
